I talked with Deaderick first on the phone and then worked with David while at the dealership. Both were very professional and helpful. I did the shopping legwork and then my husband, Russ, joined me after work to look at the Murano and review the VPP pricing and trade in offer on my minivan. Russ was so pleased with the offer on the new car and the trade in that we made the deal that evening and drove home with th... view moree new Murano. I usually dread buying a car--the long day of haggling, then off to do the financing and more of a wait, but this was the best experience ever. The financing process was incredibly fast. I will definitely recommend David and Deaderick to friends and family. I also contacted the parts department yesterday to see about purchasing a cargo mat for my Murano. They had one in stock and held it for me. When I went to pick it up, I was in and out of the dealership quickly and the parts employee carried it to my car and installed it for me. Loved that it only took 10 minutes to do this! The worst part about visiting the dealership is finding parking.

I liked the way Mark showed me what needed to be repaired. He took me to look under the car and discussed it with me. Great job!

Mark Bailey is exceptional. I needed to have a bulb replaced in my dashboard. He provided me with a quote and apologized for the high cost. However... he was able to find a solution that was less expensive

I was having issues with my tire light and since this happened before I just thought the sensor was overly sensitive. My advisor suggested checking the tires for a nail. I am very happy with this diagnosis/repair because it was right before Mother`s Day and I was planning a trip to East Texas. I will continue to have my service done through your shop! Thanks again!Charlotte Logan

STRANGE! There are few negativ...
STRANGE! There are few negative Courtesy Nissan reviews here, but tons of them on other review sites! I went to Courtesy Nissan on Saturday, August 4th. Like most others, I would not go back to Courtesy Nissan under any circumstances. I had an Employee purchase plan which guaranteed that I could buy a car at 3% under invoice, so the only points of negotiation was what they would allow for my 1996 Mercedes SL320 trad... view moree-in and the price of the dealer add-ons. (Even though it had 150,000 miles on it, it was kept in immaculate shape.) Knowing that there should be very little negotiation, I expected to complete the entire transaction in about 1 ?? hours. Even though those negotiation points were the only things to settle, it still took over 4 hours to complete the sale. I first went to CarMax and got their bid to buy my car ($4000). I knew the Car Max low-balls their buy offers but this was a starting point. The salesman I dealt with (Alex) was a young kid who had no clue how to sell a car if anything varied from the Nissan "system". I have no complaint about Alex. The problem was with Bryan, the interminable waits between salesman, manager, appraiser, finance and delivery, and the overall attitude of Courtesy Nissan toward customers. Alex and I went through the standard steps before I selected the car I wanted; a 2012 Sentra base. Now comes the insulting part. After driving several cars, Alex and I returned to see what the trade-in offer was. 45 minutes of test driving and they had not even looked at my car. Bryan said they`d get it done right away. Right away took about 30 minutes. Finally, Bryan returned and had the gall to say "Your car is very old and has a lot of miles on it. We can offer you $1250 trade-in allowance. Obviously, he thought I had `just fallen off of the turnip truck". After I blew up and showed him the CarMax bid, he supposedly went back to the appraiser with the CarMax quote. He returned and agreed to allow $4000 for my car. This saga goes on and on. At each step in the process there was a 30 to 45 minute wait. Granted, it was a Saturday and they were very busy, but I don`t care about their other customers, I only care about getting finished and not wasting my time. Beware of their incredibly inflated dealer add-on prices - $595 for window tint that you can get anywhere for less than $150, $149 for Nitrogen in the tires. BIG scam, plain air is 78% nitrogen anyway. In summary, STAY AWAY FROM COURTESY NISSAN. (But, the problem is that ALL dealers are alike - looking to stick it to the customer.)
