Couldn`t ask for a better experience

I live just outside of Houston and I purchased a 2011 F150 Lariat from Bluebonnet on December 8th. I had search all over my area to see if anyone could come close to matching the deal Bluebonnet was offering. After talking to David Serna over the phone for 2 days the deal was done and finance was approved. I told David I would be there at 10:30 Am and when I got to the dealership my new truck was ready for me to pick... view more up. I spent about an hour and half just going over all the features of the truck and signing the paperwork with finance. I love my new truck and will be making the 3 and half hour trip back to Bluebonnet for my next new vehicle!

Horrible Sales Experience & Dishonest sales tactics

Take my advice... Price is the difference because a complete lack of customer service, customer satisfaction and most of all basic communication is the real price you pay!

Don`t bother giving them your business

Not very friendly, and none of the people acted like they really wanted to sell us a car. In fact, while we were in the guy`s office trying to find out about what payments would be like, he kept going to the manager`s office. We thought he might be trying to find out about a price, instead we saw that they were just watching videos on YouTube. I don`t recommend them at all.
