Thanks for nothing
I went to them when my car wouldn`t hold a charge well. They hooked my car up to some machine that was supposed to diagnose what was wrong.
First they told me it was my battery. I bought a new battery. That wasn`t the problem as I quickly found out when my car started doing the same thing again.
I went back and they told me it was my altrenator. They told me they would give me a good deal on the alternator and said... view more it would be $225. I took my estimate and left. I started shopping around for an alternator and found a much cheaper one that was new and had a 2 year warranty. I called them and asked them what kind of alternator it was they were going to get for me to see if the 2 alternators were comparable. The one they were going to install turned out to be a rebuilt (they had earlier warned me against installing a rebuilt alternator). I had the other alternator installed at a very reasonable price.
GUESS WHAT? It wasn`t the alternator. I just think that if you are saying you are an expert at auto electric I shouldn`t have been told twice something was wrong with my car and it wasn`t what was wrong.
