GREAT Job

A beat up looking tin can of a place but for sure the place you want ur vehicle. The man is honest and straight forward. He walks you threw a check on ur vehicle before and after its fixed. Great work

Paul was recommended by another member of my car club. Paul rebuilt the system on his 84 Fiero from scratch, and did it perfectly. Paul diagnosed the problems on my 84 Camaro for a fair price, and once I replaced the faulty parts, he charged it up and did a leak test, again at a fair price. He gave me several options up front, and his prices are very competitive. Great guy to do business with, will return if my A/C e... view morever stops again.

Paul`s Auto A/C Service Negative reviews???????

First let me say, I am the owner of Paul`s Auto A/C Service. I have been in the Auto A/C business for 15 years and have been at my current location in Burleson since Nov. of 1993. I do quality work at a competitive price and do everything I can to ""Fix it right the first time"". When a problem does arise, I do all I can to work with my customers to ensure their satisfaction with my services. I have a very loya... view morel customer base and can say that the majority of my business comes from word of mouth referrals and repeat business from past customers. It has always been my practice to tell my customers upon completion of their repairs, if they have any questions or problems, please contact me as soon as possible so I can quickly and efficiently resolve any issues. Unitl recently, I wasn`t aware of any issues with my work. That all changed last week when I looked online and found 2 very negative reviews against my business.

My question is: Who is PHILLIP1SARDIS and WILLIAMASON??
I have read their claims and have determined that the alleged events/repairs never took place and are totally fictitious and are very slanderous in nature. Further investigation reveals that the same 2 people also left Chris`s Auto Repair very negative reviews. I talked with Chris about the claims made against his business and he has also concluded that the alleged events/repairs never took place. Additional investigation has determined that a total of 6 local business have been the target of online negative reviews and that all the claims made are false and very slanderous in nature. Some of the negative reviewers also left glowing reviews for another local business on the same day.

My next Question is: Why would someone leave fictitious and slanderous reviews against a business???
An individual would have little to gain but a competing business would have a lot to gain.
BOTTOM LINE: CHECK WITH THE B B B FOR A COMPANY`S TRUE TRACK RECORD!

Outstanding and Honest

Paul`s Auto A/C performed outstanding and honest work on my 2000 Ford Van in July 2008. The air is cold and my family is happy again! Honest

If you need a dependable, honest place to take your vehicle to have the a/c repaired, this is it! We have a truck and equipment yard and he has been able to fix everything we have taken to him. We have all of our repairs done with Paul because he will see what needs to be fixed, tell you what and how much, and upon your approval do the repairs. I would definitely recommend Paul`s A/C to anyone.
