Be leary of all dealerships they are a business and as that, are primarily after your money. Protect yourself and dont let your emotions dictate a decision that could cost you thousands. In my experience at this dealership I was given the go-around along with deceit. I was told a certain price one day, the next another. They take advantage of those with little or no credit and will feed you whatever it takes to have... view more money in their hands. In my instance what reason is there in completing contractual process and payment when the car needs repairs, which have been promised will perform, and that in my opinion should be performed before leaving the lot.

My daughter bought a car from this location. The car was totaled in a wreck so she called them to let them know. When they found out where the car was towed to, they sent someone to pick it up from the tow company then when she got the pay-off from the insurance company, the dealership tried to charge her for them to go get the car and tow it to their location. The car didn`t even belong to them anymore, it belon... view moreged to the insurance company because they paid off the balance owed on the car to the dealership! Very crooked people. All they want is your money and they will give you NOTHING, no service, no courtesy, NO HONESTY.

I dont know about the other locations but Collins customer service is non existent after they make the sale ...keep going and find a lot that will appreciate your business

I bought a vehicle from them and paid early. They lost a payment I went ahead and repaid it last July. I was diagnosed with cancer then I lost my job. I fell two months behind on payments called to make a payment today and they want to repo the vehicle big surprise with only 2000 left they are just out there to rip off their customers. I asked who the owner was and a girl I believe named Teri "at corporate o... view moreffice" told me that information wouldn`t help me and the owner couldn`t help me that I couldn`t speak to him. Jamie Nobles why is it that you can`t take calls from your customers when you had no problem letting me sign the paperwork. I even told them I could have someone bring a payment tomorrow and then pay 200 a week until it is paid off. That means it would be paid off on time. Sounds like a rip off to me not out to take care of the customer at all.
