Everytime I go to Pit Pros, they are fast, friendly, and honest. They only ask about replacing things like air filters when they are actually needed. Most of the time they don`t ask at all and when they do, I have my husband replace for me and he concurs that it was necessary. thats the place to go.... i just got to say that the people were freindly.. and they hooked me up with discounts... my transmission serv. was over a 120.00 dollars at the dealer. pit pros did it for 89.00.. that place is cool and i`ll be back..

Liars and rip offs more like pit cons not pit pros

My daughter took my car to get an oil change and only an oil change.When she got back home the bill was over $80.00 .I called pit cons I mean pit pros and asked why they charged my daughter so much.they told me that they had to fix an oil leak which was a bunch of B/S, if there was a leak it would of shown on my drive way and my drive way is clean (oil free).Then they had to change the fuel Filter,more B/S,I asked th... view moreem to show me the filter and they said that it was thrown away in the trash and the trash just happen to be picked up that day what a bunch of B/S liars.Don`t let your wife or daughter take your car to pit pros,better yet you don`t take your car to pit pros.I`m not ever again.Dam lairs

Is this the way you treat repeat customers???

after doing business for 6 years at Pit Pros we will not be back. Pit Pros failed my Scion XB for window tint; this vehicle came from the dealership this way & Pit Pros passed it with no problem a year ago. They said I could not prove they passed it...I went home & got my receipt & took it back. Now they say no way to prove I did not have the tint applied this past year.....give me a break, I am a 50 yr old mom. If... view more they had failed it a year ago I could have gone back to the dealership & gotten them to make it street legal...now I am just screwed. They were also much more interested in recommending a mechanic for my ""check engine lite""
that comes on randomly when we have a big outside temperature drop (like today) than in listening to me explain that this is well documented on the Scion blogs and nothing to worry about. Bad business, bad attitude.
