For the record Mac Haik Service department you sucks you need to be renamed screw you around department. I am not just some stupid female that knows nothing about cars. I have helped do more engine rebuilds and swaps than I want to count and can also explain the the science behind torque and horse power.
I am pissed and their sorry customer service has lost them my business from now on. Don`t make a 1pm appointment ... view moreand when I show up at 12:40 and stand around for 10 minutes try to tell me you won`t have time to get to it today. Then when you decide you can squeeze me in and I ask "if I can leave after diagnostic is done to take it else where to be fixed." Don`t change the price from $70 to $130 for a simple diagnostic. Please understand I have little faith in your ability to fix a hole in a paper sack. When you took over a week to fix my AC last summer because you dropped the first one on a bolt which then had to be tapped out and then dropped the second one taking it out of the box. The third one ordered finally was safely installed. Then add I was quoted $100-$150 because of the extended warranty. Then charged $329 If I remember correctly.
GRRRR. Incompetence and being treated like I`m a dumb girl infuriates me.

LIES and LEMON
We seen a 04 Chevy 2500 HD Diesel on the web and it advertised leather, dual drivers control e.t.c. We drove 60 miles to go get it after being approved. When we got there the truck was cloth interior and had no options the web site stated. We were already there and still wanted the truck so we bought anyways. While driving from the pre-owned to the new dealer, the salesman in the back seat told us that the truck went... view more through their (X) amount point inspection when I commented on the truck hesitating while idle speed in the parking lot. We drove truck home and the truck drove like crap for two days. I took the truck to a dealership here at home and paid the fee for them to tell me the truck had fuel/air and possible injector problems. The fuel filter was clogged up, the air filter was dirty, and the oil life only had 5% life...(so much for the (X) amount point inspection that Mac Haik told us they had performed. The next morning it would not start. Mac Haik sent a wrecker up to tow it back to the dealership and had it for two days and said they fixed it and for us to come get it...They said they bled the fuel lines....yeah.. OK... We questioned the General Sales Manager and he informed us that the truck only went through an 8 POINT SAFETY INSPECTION and the salesman LIED about their (X) amount point inspection. We drove from Georgetown back to Copperas Cove non stop and before I pulled into my driveway the truck started running rough again. The next morning truck would not start. We had it taken to a mechanic here and he ran the codes and said we were looking at about $600/$700 in work first and then he could reset the codes and check for other issues.Mac Haik argued at first about wanting to pay the bill but then agreed to. We had the truck for a month and made the first payment and yet after the four days of taken ownership,,it has sat in the shop the rest of the time. We finally got the truck back with bad news of a leaking injector also known as "" trailering"". General Motors is aware of the issue and honored a recall fix if trucks are under 200,000. At the time our truck has 228,000 so we are looking at $3,700 to have it fixed. Also the mechanic pulled the history on his computer when hooked up to the truck and told us that someone previously hooked the computer up and told us that quote"" I cannot prove this, but I think the previous owner knew this problem and that`s why he traded it in"" un-quote. Funny that the salesman that LIED to us is good friends with the previous owner and strayed away from my rough idle when we asked him the first night. Mac Haik will not return our calls and we went there and the salesman would not even look at us nor did he come up and say ""hello"" So we can honestly say that we are out $3,000 down payment, $235.00 for parts and service, $610.00 for two payments and have only been able to drive the truck for three weeks, not to mention that every time before we do drive the truck we have to pop the hood and pump the fuel filter to get the truck to start....the truck is sour as Mac Haik in Georgetown. I have contacted the bank that gave us the loan and will be contacting the B.B.B. and make a complaint for internet false advertising, lies, and spread the word about the LIES, SERVICE, and LEMON we got from them. They should honor what they sale and fix the issue
