I have used JC`s for three different vehicles over the past several years and I would recommend them to my friends and family. I have always been treated with respect and given solid advice with regard the care and condition of my car, van and truck. Recently I had my van in with several issues...most notably the radiator leaked and so did the transmission. don`t waste your time and money

We just moved into the area and needed a place to get our car fixed. We had a few friends give us some referrals (non of which were this auto repair shop) but Walmart had suggested to go to this place since it was just behind their store. My husband thought that the referral from Walmart should be a good one and the auto shop was close. I called a few days in advance to make sure that I could get the car in and ... view morehave it serviced and finished by the evening. When I went to go drop it off they said that within the hour they would call me to let me know what was wrong with the car and how much it would cost. So, dropping it off at 8:00 am, 9:00 rolls by, 10:00, 11:00, 12:00. Finally at 12:00 I called them up to check up on the car. They had told me that they haven`t even had a chance to start looking at the problem. I let them know my concerns about needing the car back and finished by the end of the day. The man was very rude and hung up with me. Immediately (which was a huge surprise to me that they would move on a call quicker than my car) the general manager called me and let me know that he didn`t like how I had called them about my car. I again just voiced my concern about needing the car at the end of the day. He then came back stating that he would not work on my car and I needed to pick the car up immediately before he had a tow company take it away! I just couldn`t believe how unprofessional this auto shop is. Luckily I never spent a dime on this place and I hope you won`t waste your time as well. -Very slow workers. -promises are not kept. -no business organization (no paperwork was presented as I dropped off the car)
