DO NOT USE! True story... I purchased a $25k car that was carfax approved and "accident free, clean, beautiful and spotless" from Passport Motors. They recommended the shipping company, money wired, the deal was done. I get a call from their recommended shipping company that the dealership was threating to call the police because he indicated in his pre-shipment paperwork that there are multiple scrat... view moreches and dents on the car. They demanded those reports be taken out. I had to call the dealer to request every reported scratch and dent be photographed and sent to me. Shockingly, the email I received contained 16 photos of issues. According to the delivery company, they immediately took the car off site and were gone for 2 hours to do some last minute fixes. This car was already purchased, I was screwed, but this was the least of my problems. I received my car and immediately notice that the rear bumper was an aftermarket product, which was installed poorly and was painted poorly. The trunk is full of broken glass, which I cleaned out, but it fills up everytime I drive the car due to the fact that it is pouring out of the top of the trunk. Does this sound like the "accident free, clean, beautiful and spotless" car they promised me? For the record, I have tried multiple times to work through these problems with Passport Motors, they refuse and say they were not aware of these issues. Their cars may be 1-2k less than another dealership, but that is not worth what I am going through with this car.

I bought an X5 a couple years ...
I bought an X5 a couple years to go and must say that I was quite pleased. The car was several thousand dollars cheaper than anything I could find-for a car of the same model, color, spec, and mileage. However after I took it home I felt like I got somewhat duped. There were a couple of `patch ups` that you really don`t notice until you`ve really gotten settled into your car. I`d take a few dings for that. Oh. And they gave me the car on an empty tank!

First of all I known everyone there for many years now, and they have never had a Vietnamese or oriental guy as MR. PATRICK MCLAREN has described. RUDE & OFFENSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I recently went to Passport Motors shopping for a car. The sales guy was some Vietnamese or oriental guy who was very rude and didn`t know what the hell he was talking about! I swear this guy was on drugs. We were disgusted with his pushiness and as we turned to leave he uttered something under his stinking breath that was offensive. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!

pleasant experience
Shopping for cars has never been fun. You always get that pushy salesmen that wont let you out the door. When I went to Passport Motors I was expecting the same thing. To my surprise I was not hassled or anything. In fact, it was the opposite. I cant say that I ever had a more pleasant experience buying a car.
