I have no clue when it comes to auto parts. As soon as I waked in, the guy could tell I was lost. I described the part to him and he sent me directly to it. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I don`t by auto stuff very often, but I`ll use them when I do. They were actually a few cents cheaper than Walmart for the same part.

It`s the service here that counts!

This is the best auto parts store! I`ve shopped Auto Zone, even other O`Reilly stores, etc. and this is the BEST store by far. The service by management and employees is wonderful! This store has definitely figured out what customer service is all about. Way to go Little Elm Store!
