This place is AWFUL. I have a BMW which had a simple oil leak in its engine, and I also wanted to check if my gas gauge was working properly. Not only did these people rob me of $95 to give it a once-over glance, but they wanted to charge me another $1,500 to check the engine more thoroughly. This was on top of the $3,000 that they wanted to replace the leaking pipes. I ran away from these guys as fast as I could. Great prices and service

It is only recentlythat I tried this location. I am very wary about automotive stores but I should say that guys over were very forthright in letting me know what exactly was wrong with my car. They did`nt try to sell me any extra services . I am glad that I found these guys.

Top Notch

Lambs is by far the only shop left that feels like service is not just a standard but a matter of pride. No pun intended! Sunday night found me with an ugly flat tire; by noon Monday, all was well, after they managed to squeeze me in over lunch. Many thanks for the speedy, kind and always accommodating service.

These guys are crooks

I stopped in to see why my AC wasn`t working and after paying them $40 to have the entire system checked out; I was told I needed to replace my compressor and some other parts which would cost a total of about $2000 dollars worth of work. After driving around pregnant in 90 plus degree temperatures for over a month I finally got a second opinion. ALL I NEEDED WAS 8 DOLLARS WORTH OF FREON!!!!! Now my AC works fine. Lies lies lies

We recently bought 4 minivan tires with road hazard warranty through Lamb`s thinking it would cover us if something happened to one of the tires...wrong. My wife had a gash in one of the tires so she took it to good ole Lambs where they told her ""Everything will be fine! Ill bet you`re glad you got the road hazard warranty?"" The guy went on to tell her not to worry and everything will be taken care of. Whe... view moren I went to pick up the MINIVAN with stock rims (nothing special) the guy again said how fortunate I was to have the ""Road Hazard Warranty"". Then he proceeded to check me out saying there were some ""small fees"". At that point he charged me $64 which included another charge for Road Hazard. WOW! I sure was glad to have the ""Warranty""!
""Best in Austin for customer satisfaction"" - Here is a lie from the Lambs website. Everyone i`ve told this story to has laughed at me for even trying Lambs! Still waiting to hear something positive. I hope you are reading this BEFORE going to Lambs.
(Oh and if you complain in person they will do nothing to keep your business...)

Avoid this place!!

I went twice there as it is close to my house and offer to pick you up and drop you off, and twice I was felt ripped off!! first time they estimated my AC problem at over $1000 and got it fixed somewhere else for $95. Then I went to just have a brake check and I ended up changing them as they scared me to death about their conditions and end up with a bill of $600 and the work was not so great as I had to take my car... view more back twice to adjust the brake again. Avoid that guy Scott, he`ll try to get fix everything in your car and take you for a stupid person, especially if you`re a woman.
Just avoid this place for any automotive repair!
