I`ll begin with positive comments: Richard was very knowledgeable and answered all my inquiries and concerns. His customer service skills are excellent. However, with the positive comes the negative. 1. The website claimed to provide towing service. I was told that the owner had and the towing provider had a few disputes. Thus they could not provide it at the moment. RED FLAG. 2. This place might not be ideal for... view more newer model cars or well taken care of cars. Especially if you value the appearance and cleanliness of the vehicle. The car was returned with grease smeared on the seats. NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL. 3. Before commencing work on the vehicle, I had inquired if they accepted credit cards or GE money card. I was assured that they did. However, they did not accept this form of payment and claimed that the machine was down. Don`t advertise the service if they equipment is not stable. It was very inconvenient. 4. I was also told that my car had other things wrong with it during the repair. I was 100 percent sure that nothing else was wrong with it prior to my issue. It turned out to be their mistake. Overall, I would not recommend this place. It is a good starting point for an assessment but I would take to elsewhere.

Richard was great to work with...

Richard was great to work with! After another shop told my daughter her Explorer was shifting rough because the transmission fluid was real dirty. After they changed it, the transmission promptly went out. Not only did Richard pick the vehicle up (no charge!) he rebuilt the transmission within a few days for hundreds less than any other quote I received and helped my daughter out with a payment arrangement. Thanks guys for a great job ! I went to another transmission shop dont want to say no names (MR.TANSMISSION) and they said my car was in great need of a rebuild trans. But when i asked, after they took my 55.00$$$ what the problem was, they could not answer me but that it would take about 1000.00$$ to start So I went down the road and talked to a pro ,a real pro. his name Richard . Mr. Joe is very personable and makes every experience there an enjoyable. As a woman you often feel as if you are being taken advantage of by auto mechanics and I`ve never once felt that way with him. He and his mechanics take time to explain exactly what is wrong with the vehicle and the various options you have to fix it. He goes out of his way to be fair to whomever comes into his shop. Great Expierence!

My Expierence with Quickfix Transmissions was Great! The service was excellent as well as the technicians. They actually took the time to not only explain my problem but take me out and show it to me. I would recommend this company to all of my family and friends. Oh and they said my repair could take 3-4 days and they had it done in 2, what more could you ask for?
