I came in for oil change and rock chip repair on windshield and I have the extended service plan that I paid $2500. for that covers the rock chip and everything else. The service writer did not call the glass company to come fix the chip he instead said to me &quot; this has been worked on and someone messed it up &quot; I said no sir it has not been touched he did a condesending smirk and said oh yes it has.... view more I again said no that the windshield was hit by something small while driving on the freeway. He did the nasty smirk again saying that it was drilled. We went back and forth with him impling that I was lieing about it. I lost count after the 6th time he implyed I was a lier. All this over a $10 repair, I get 2 rock chip repaires a year and have never even used it yet. The service writer talked down and condensending to me, he has a attitude that women are 2nd class people who should just shut up. I tryed call the general manager about this Chuck Kramer and started to tell him that I was called a lier by the service writer and Mr. Kramer blew me off and said you need to talk to the service mgr. Mr. Kramer is the boss over the whole place and I wanted to talk to him. He tranfered me before I could say no and the service mgr was not even there to take my call.I wish I could talk to the owner of the company

Not a good experience. Not only do they rip you off with repairs but they handed me the key to my truck and when I got in I noticed everything in my dash was ripped out. All my electronics were stolen while my truck was in their possession. All my personal items in the truck were also stolen. My truck was towed in and I was told we did not need to come in with the tow truck that they would take care of everything. We... view morell, they sure did take care of everything....including allowing my truck to be ripped up. When the police officer asked to see the surveillance tapes; Planet Ford said they didn`t have any security cameras!! Worst experience with a car dealership that I have ever had!!!

My husband and I are very satisfied with how things went when we bought our vehicle. My husband was the one that dealt the most with it. I`d rather have a root canal than go through buying a vehicle, but it did go very smoothly. I will have no problem recommending this dealership.

I did have a very good experience when I bought my truck from Planet Ford 59. I had no issues at all with the dealership, salesman, or anything. I would be happy to recommend Planet Ford to anyone looking for a new vehicle. I have even been contacted by my salesman since I picked up my truck.
