This place is terrible. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. Like the other reviewer, I was charged for something they said they fixed. I had to get my car towed back home, after spending over $600 to fix something I`m not sure was necessary. My car was worse coming back than it was going. The Car Shop is tops!

I have been dealing with the Car Shop since 2006. I am always greeted by name, they know my cars, and they always treat me fairly at a good price. My daughter once took one of my cars into the shop and the guys repaired it quickly and efficiently, They didn`t try to take advantage of my daughter or sell her things the car didn`t need. They always call before doing any work I didn`t authorize. Once, I had... view more a leak somewhere under the hood. The guys thought it might be the head gasket - a VERY expensive repair. After they checked it out, I was told it came from the power steering reservoir and was much cheaper to repair. They could have charged me 1000s for unneeded repairs and gotten away with it! They didn`t. They are smart, friendly, knowledgeable mechanics and I won`t go anywhere else!

TERRIBLE PLACE TO BE

This place definitely does not put the customer first in its business decisions nor do they try to build a relationship with them. My experience here was terrible and has made me for in the future not trust car shops PERIOD. This company cut my front left strut without my consent!!! They spent four hours doing simpleminded tasks of removal and in the process to apply the parts I issued them they CUT my strut without ... view morenotifying me and BEFORE telling me there was an issue with getting parts on my vehicle!! I am not 850$ out of pocket and have NO CAR. Yea PLEASE take your vehicle to a place where things are done right.
