I took my car in for an oil change and to have my brakes repaired. They kept my car all day stating they were waiting on their supplier to bring the factory brake pads and hardware. Once these arrived they stated that the rotors needed to be replaced which they offered at a fair price so I accepted. When I went to pick up my car I nearly had an accident because my brakes did not work properly and I had to go off the ... view moreroad to avoid rear ending the person in front of me. I returned to the shop immediately where they said everything was fine they were going home for the day bring it tomorrow if there were any additional propblems. I returned the next morning at 8am and left my car again giving them a second chance, when I received my car that afternoon, it was still not done correctly. My brakes have been making a horrible screeching noise. I took it back a third time and they stated nothing was wrong the sound would stop. I took my car to a more reputable established place only to be told that the pads used were cheap $15 pads, no hardware was used the rotors were not replaced or even machined and to fix the damage it is going to be $400. I called and asked them for a refund only to be told the owner was unavailable and they could not do anything for me. I am highly upset at the situation, their lack of professionalism and lack of responsibility. Not to mention each time I went up there the guys were not working but rather standing around goofing off but then would scramble and pretend to be working. I highly suggest finding an alternative place for any work to be done on your car.
