I have used A&J automotive twice, the first time.I was charged for a repair just for the diagnosis, the second time it took 3 trips to get the right part, and I got charged a very high rate, never again!!!

Seems like everyone I`ve talke...
Seems like everyone I`ve talked to that`s used A&J have had to take their vehicles back within a week or two after the initial repairs. I wish I had asked around before I had taken my car to them. Within a month after they did the $2000 worth of "repairs" I started having the same problem...plus a new one. I`ll be taking mine to another repair shop. I will not ever use A&J again.

caused a problem, but they actaully fixed it
Took my car here for a new timing belt. They did the work and when I was driving the next day, I heard a clunk and broke down. When I opened the hood it looked like something came off of a belt area. I called A&J and they said it is possible that they caused the problem but they were not sure. They paid to have my car towed back to them, and fixed the problem they caused either from over or under tightening the b... view moreelt.
While this was a huge inconvenience to me, they fixed the problem that they caused.
