I would definately not recomend. I paid $1700.00 for an extended warrenty and after only 3 years of ownership on the Dodge truck, there was a rattleing that I heard in the engine. I took the truck in because the warrenty was still in effect. Mike Newman with Lonestar Dodge stated that I needed to get receipts, as proof that oil changes were done to the truck. I gathered oil change receipts and gave them to Mike a... view morend then he states that the vin # was not on the receipts so Lonestar didn`t have to honor the warrenty. I stated to Mike that all he had to do was to call the place of business to confirm that oil changes had been done and I guess that was just too much custormer service for him. What a shame too for Lonestar Dodge, I am currently looking for a car to purchase and I wouldn`t care if Lonestar Dodge had the lowest prices in town, I will never purchase a vehicle from there.

they dont stand behind their products

when you buy a car from them, they tell you that you have warranty bla bla bla. i bought a charger and i was having problems right after i bought it. brand new. it was making a weird noise when i turn the engine on. i took it in once, they said it was fix, 3 days later it did it again. Took it in again. couldn`t fix ti, took it again, couldnt fix it. took it in a forth time and the manager Antonio tells me "the sound... view more that makes its normal all chargers do that, nothing to worry about". they will poke your eyes out

I will not recommend it this dealership because i have one of my worse experiences ever. It seem like you are getting a great deal, that they will take care of you becasue they want to earn your business. but you are not. they only show you the monthly payments but not the breakdown so you wont know how much you are actually paying for the car and then when you go to the financing dept they increase they monthly pay... view morement and then you have to wait another 2 hour to fight what they have promise you. management there are so RUDE, specially the director KALYM, RUDEST man ever. they become jerks after you prchase the care. they dont give a damn anymore. I found out i could get a better deal at norhstar dodge or fiesta dodge. DONT GO THERE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT
