Great people

I am a retired, award winning mechanic that worked on SAAB`s for 30 years and Jaguar`s for another 10. I took my 1996 Cadillac to Rowlett Transmissions for repair and I must say I have never been treated better. I was treated with honesty and respect and they could have sold me a complete overhaul but they found a minor problem and fixed my car for MUCH less than they could have charged me. They let me bring my own parts!!

My Honda is working better than the day I drove it off the lot. It had a vibration so I replaced tires, did not fix problem. Drove car to get a ""free inspection"" thats what there add said. Ken drove my car, rasied it on the rack and found problem. I needed an axle. I went ahead and had him replace both. He let me go AutoZone and buy my own parts and they installed both axles for $65.00. I was very impressed with th... view moree service I received. Great Service and Affordable

I was recommeded to Rowlett Transmission by Goodyear in Rowlett,Tx. Goodyear said my transmission was leaking fluid and they were the only HONEST place in town. The pan was leaking and needed a new gasket. Thats what Ken the manager told me. He raised the car on the lift and showed me were it was leaking from. I waited in lobby while the work was completed.
