Service Department ROCKS!!

After multiple failed attempts to fix my PT Cruiser`s problems with the thermostat, I FINALLY decided to take it to Rockwall Dodge to have it looked at. I explained to Mike everything that I had already done or replaced and what my car was doing. I dropped my car off at 7:30 am and by 10 am Mike called me to tell me what the problem was. Instead of trying to charge me out the wazoo and repair ""non-existent"" problem... view mores, he was straight to the point and precise. I am VERY satisfied with the customer service and the repairs and most importantly, the price. I will be going back there for every issue I have with my car no matter how simple or complex. I would recommend Rockwall Dodge to ANYONE that owns a Chrysler, Jeep or Dodge!!!
