Terrible company!

I had a collision with a deer at 7:50 am yesterday. I told the tow truck driver to take my car to a well known body shop in Lewisville. When I got to the body shop a few hours later, it wasn`t there. The lady at the body shop called around and found my car at their affiliate shop in Grapevine. She placed an order for the towing company to pick it up and bring it to Lewisville. This was around 11:30. It ha... view mored not arrived in Lewisville by 4:30, but we were told it had been picked up in Grapevine and was enroute. This morning I got a call from yet another body shop in IRVING telling me they found the car in their lot this morning. I had gotten my tires rotated at Firestone the previous weekend and the paperwork was still on the front seat. That is how he got my number to contact me. He agreed to get the towing service back to take the car to Lewisville. In the mean time, I called Ed`s Towing and told them to get the car to the right place this time. She said the driver`s paperwork indicated I told them to take the car to the body shop in Grapevine, which is totally untrue. Then she told me the body shop told them to take it to Irving and I know that is untrue because I was standing at her desk when she made the call and heard every word. As of this writing, I am not sure where my car is or where it will end up. Not to mention what kind of damage all that towing will cause. I truly hope I never have a reason to use a towing service again, but if I do, you can bet it won`t be this one.

This is NOT a reputable company!!!

The staff is rude and incompetent! They towed my vehicle to their yard on a Sunday and were supposed to take it to the body shop Monday morning. That did not happen. I had to call everyday. They finally got it to the body shop Wednesday afternoon but it was the wrong vehicle! Once again we had to hound them to take OUR vehicle to the body shop. They became very defensive instead of apologetic for their mistake. ... view moreTina refused to tell my husband the status of the situation then hung up on him when he demanded to know exactly where our car was. He called back and spoke with the owner Lance Hight, who started cursing at my husband. Lance told my husband he would ?ˆ?take care of him?ˆ? and threatened to have the car impounded just to stall the insurance claim. They only reason we even used them was because The Town of Flower Mound and State Farm both have contracts with them and that is who arrived to the scene?ˆ¦We have filed a complaint at City Hall and we are petitioning to have the contract revoked. We also notified State Farm of their actions, which could be considered insurance fraud by purposely withholding the vehicle. My husband also filed a report with the police department regarding the owners threats that pertained to both physical harm and property damage.
