Can`t believe `Asian Lover`s` response...I`ve bought a car with this business recently and I love my car....seriously....why is this guy having to go 45 minutes away to finance a vehicle? Is it possibly because he is not approved anywhere else? Both people who work here are very sweet and have always been up front and honest with me which is hard to come by when you deal with used salesmen. In response to the person commenting, "These are the worst....", my wife and I are very pleased with both cars we purchased from Spring Auto Sales. You have to make a certain amount of money to qualify for any loan. Mark and Virginia approve pretty much everyone, "your job is your credit", with no credit check. This is a plus because our credit score is below 600. Yes there are only the two of the... view morem but this keeps there overhead low & the prices are better than the bigger lots with higher rent. We are quite satisfied with them and recommend them to everyone.

These people are the worst, apparently it`s just ran by two people, a married couple, and they are both rude as hell. When I first talked to them on the phone, they seemed really nice, answered my questions, and made everything sound amazing. One of the things I noted was that I would be doing financing and asked a bunch of questions about it, I also told her that I lived over 45 minutes away and would be out there i... view moren about an hour. When I got there, the first question the lady asked was how much I made, when I told her, she said it wasn`t enough, that I needed to make at least $1300 a month, and wouldn`t even let me look at the cars ............ I`m sorry, but an hour before this when I talked to her on the phone, I told her I was a student, and only worked part time. I also asked her if how much I made mattered and she said no. I also informed both of them that I have no rent or bills as that`s taken care of by my parents, and they still refused me. I`m extremely angry about this mainly because she knew my situation, and made it sound like I`d be able to get a car, then made me drive an hour out there to tell me there`s no way in hell. I just couldn`t believe how inconsiderate and rude they both were, especially the lady, knowing all that she knew, she could have very easily asked me how much I made per month over the phone, rather than make me waste my entire day to come out there, ESPECIALLY after all of the financial questions I was asking her ... did it really not cross her mind to ask me how much I make? Hmm, guess not, since I asked her if that was an issue, and she told me NO. I probably wouldn`t have been so mad about it, if they were nice about it, but when I first walked in, I didn`t even get a `hello`, just a `what do you need?`, and never once did I see either of them smile, and everything was just `no, no, no, no` ... probably some of the rudest people I`ve ever had to deal with. And I will be reposting this message everywhere I can find a place to, just so everyone knows how horrible these people are, and the sad part is, is that I left most of it out ........ The only reason they are even getting one star is because yellowpages won`t let me leave 0. And I also see that `Virginia` has replied to some comments on here ... DON`T FALL FOR IT! It`s just a scam to get you to come out there, but it`s definitely not worth it, and I guarantee you she won`t be that `nice` to you in person.

These people have the wrost manners. I called for directions and I was hung up on. I found the place and kept going if they are that rude over the phone they do not need my money

Much better experience than previous poster

Bought a 2002 Kia Sportage from them about a year ago. I was treated with courtesy and respect. Financing was in house and only took a few minutes to set up. Payment were what I requested. Everyone there treated me more like a friend than a $$ sign. I`ve been very happy with my purchase and even now I`m considering making another purchase from them.

Phone calls are not the way to really get a feel for a compan... view morey or person, but walking in the door and expecting value for value is.

I highly recommend them if you are in the market for a used car and reasonable financing.

Very Bad Manners, I wouldn`t buy a car there!

After finding a couple of good prospects advertised in Autotrader by Spring Auto Sales, I called the dealership to inquire if these were still available.
I kid you not: I wasn`t done talking, after describing the advertised vehicle, the guy immediately hung up on me!
I called back and left a message, with the same information, but nobody called me back!
