Great Customer Service

Being a female walking into an auto repair shop is always a frightening experience. Not so at Lawsons! Scott runs the desk and he is always very helpful and never trys to over sell me on repairs. A lot of times my budget doesn`t allow me to get something fixed right then and there, he lets me know I can wait for a couple of months, but to go ahead and be prepared for the expense in the next couple of months........ view more.how awesome is that! Yeah - an Honest, Friendly Automotive Repair Shop!

I have been taking my Audi to Lawson Tire & Automotive for over a year and they are awesome. I`m often leary about bringing my car to a repair place as I feel I`m overcharged and taken advantage of all too often. NOT AT LAWSON! They are awesome. Finally - an auto repair shop you can TRUST!

My husband and I have brought both our vehicles to Lawson Tire and Automotive for various repairs and service. They are honest and will repair your car or truck for a fair price. We sometimes need them to squeeze us into their schedule and they will get the job done right and have the car ready when they say it will be ready. They`ll even give you a lift home so you don`t have to wait in the shop!

Their expertise comes from being well-studied and detail oriented - they take what are normally difficult automotive concepts and translate them for those not as studied on these concepts. They have a strong neighborhood/welcoming personality, noticeable upon entering and present throughout the shop. They confidently assess complex automotive concepts and existing situations to derive solid and realistic solutions for their clients. One does not get any feeling about pricing or payment as this Shop`s predominant interest with a client.

They are smart enough to know what they don`t know - and take the time to learn the concepts of an auto thoroughly and in an unbiased fashion to eventually add these new concepts to their professional toolbox. Friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Highly recommend them!

After 15 years at another garage, they decided to close and I was in need of another shop. Went one place and I felt gipped. I then took my 2003 Suburban to Lawson to check an engine light warning. They found the problem but recommended that I take the truck to the dealer as the problem was still under warranty. Saved over $700. Not knowing much about autos, they could have easily ""taken"" me. After this great experience, I called them for an estimate on new tires for the same suburban. After shopping at various tire stores (10), I decided to buy the tires from Lawson. They were competetive with most of the shops (heck they were $7 less than Costco!) and they were able to get me in and out in about an hour.

Friendly, knowledgeable and honest staff. I highly recommend them and know that I have found a ""home"" for my auto service needs.

Honesty, Trustworthy, Exceptional, Pleasure

I recently took an older pickup to Lawson for a leak in one of the power steering hoses. I was given an estimate and left agreeing to their quote. Soon after I got a call saying they had also noticed another issue that was only detected after they had cleaned up the underneath area under the hood. When the manager explained the problem and also stated it did not have to be done, but he would recommend the addition... view moreal service for an additional fee of just over $200, I declined saying it wasn`t in my budget at the time and I would prefer them to not do the additional work.

When I picked up my truck they informed me that they had mistakenly performed the additional work after all. Here is where the hair began to rise on my neck and before I could respond the manager said: ""Sir, it was our error and there will be no charge for the extra work"". I was so taken back and surprised by his honesty and exceptional manner in which he handled the situation, I then offered to pay him, but he refused to accept any more than the original quote. This auto repair and tire shop is the most trustworthy I have ever had the experience to pleasure...[words not reversed]. A true pleasure, and I will tell all my friends and you too, here.
