Excellent Service from Brian

I am a senior citizen. Today, another car ran into me, rendering my car undriveable. ATX VIP tow service was sent to me through AAA. Brian Gates was the driver who attended to my safety as well as that of my car. If I`m ever unlucky enough to need another tow service, AAA will not need to call for me again, as I will call this company and ask to send Brian again if at all possible. Bad customer service and no follow-through

First the person who answered the phone was rude and seemed bothered to be taking my phone call, then after arranging to leave my car unlocked with the keys inside, it was still there when I got home at the end of the day. I guess I should at least be thankful it wasn`t stolen.
