I will say they are very good at scheduling you an appointment for the same day. My main disappointment is they told me they would remove and replace ALL stickers from my windshield. Well the technician destroyed my inspection sticker, and this company said they were not responsible for paying for a new one. So I had to pay to get another inspection sticker.
