Okay first of all i was in an ...

Okay first of all i was in an accident and along with other shops they call me, I do not know how they got my info, but they showed up to my house. After persuading me to go to their shop I look around and they do have very nice equipment. At first they tell me all i want to hear, so once i left my keys i felt comfortable. My insurance tells me the repairs should be made within two weeks and I only have the rental fo... view morer that time. Well three days later i go back to give them the check and my car is in the same condition and spot Where I had left it, but of corse they reassure me it will be ready. The two weeks are up and my vehicle is not ready they tell me that it still needs to be painted. My rental is now coming out of my pocket. well anyways when it was ready the front bumper was not even installed right. I was very upset and they told me to take it back on monday. Then they still kept it another two days. THis body shop may have the right equipment, but i am not too sure if everyone knew how to work it. They make it seem like everything is peachy, but when the deadline was up my car was still not ready. I had to pay rental out of my pocket because of their procrastination. Plus the job was not done right. Do not recommend.

I took my car to patriot body ...

I took my car to patriot body shop and the service was great! They go out of their way to make sure that i was satisfied. My car looked better than it had ever looked like it was excellent work. They have proffesional workers and they used quality paint on my car. I reccomend this body shop to everyone. THEY EVEN HELPED ME WITH MY DEDUCTABLE!

well took my car there to have...

well took my car there to have it fixed... long story short my insurance company did not go through with the claim and i ended up paying 500 in storage fees. to me it seemed a little steep but i was responsible enough to pay for it. when i get my car back there are parts missing... parts that i know and can prove where there, i went to talk to them in a very proper tone of voice and in a very friendly manner, The own... view moreer Julio Treated me like a Jacka$$ and says hes not gunna replace my part... all i want is for them to be responsible enough to give me my car as i gave to them because i obviously paid for storage fees. I feel these people should take responsability for what happens in their shop because they held me accountable for storage fees they should at least give me my part or replace it or an original partt. I will take this to court if they dont act like grown men and take responsability for their business.
