One of a kind
Thank you very much for your birthday wish and all that Dodge City of McKinney have done for me. I am still enjoying my Durango. Have had it since 2001 and am like the ?ˆ?little ?ˆ?ole lady?ˆ? and have only 14,500 miles on it. It may be a while before I need another one. Seriously, I am and have enjoyed it. I just wanted to let you know my experience at your dealership was a great experience today. I had my daughters Caliber, and the A/C wasn?ˆ™t working right and it?ˆ™s just a little over a year old, and I have an 18 month old grandson that has been burning up in the backseat. I zipped in there and talked with your service department Mr. David Koegl, I just wanted you to know the gentlemen went way about and beyond to help... view more me. I left the vehicle, and the courtesy driver (which was very kind also) took me home, and then today Mr. Koegl called me and said was ready, I said well I have my grandson, I gave my car to my daughter with my car seat to get to work, can he pick me up in the Caliber, he said NO, due to company policy, I said okay I understand. Well I need you to then take baby car seat out, but in courtesy can and come get me. And he did without even attitude, was kind and so helpful, and too my grandsons safety consideration meant a lot. Just wanted to let you know I just purchased Chevy Colorado pickup last month, at El dorado Chevrolet, and got so much attitude and problems at that dealership, even before my first payment, a low tires single light kept coming on for three weeks, and they wanted to charge me to re program it, And wanted to charge me $38 for extra keys without a chip. I wish I would have come to you first, wish I could trade it in to you, with the great experience I had today.

Great Customer Service
I was in the service department to have my truck looked at, due to a clunking noise in the front end. They found the problem ?ˆ“fixed it and when I went to pick it up I was standing beside the truck when this guy walked by and asked if there was something else I needed. I told him I wondered if they had the black side strips that fit on the top side of the bed. He not only went looking for them, returned with them open... view moreed the box to check size and color and when I told him I wanted them he installed them. I went to the cash desk to pay for them and I asked the man there who that fellow was because he was so nice and helpful. He told me his name was Gary Brenner- director of the department. Now not only was he very nice the service they took care of the problem-David Koegl was very nice and helpful too, also taking care of recall problem that we didn?ˆ™t know about. The salesman (Dough) that sold us the truck would also fit in the same category and I will include the financial person also. With those guys you have an outstanding group. Thanks again for all the help.
I?ˆ™ve always been a Chevy truck person but let me tell you?ˆ¦ I am now a walking advertisement for this Dodge truck.

Everything went great I had no issues or complaints with anyone at the shop, but I would?ˆ™ve liked it if it went a bit quicker but it?ˆ™s understandable due to the high volume of people they had?ˆ¦ it was a busy day for them?ˆ¦ other than that it was great and I will definitely come back for other services to my vehicle!
