Reviews:
I bought a 2002 Mercedes SLK320 and they gave me a really good deal. Price was really good so i thought something would be wrong in the car. When I went there to check it out, it was good to go, couple scratches which wasnt a deal breaker, and it needed Alignment and balance, and they got that fixed for me. So I would recemmond them. Very nice peoplle. Good quality cars, and reasnoble prices.

I originally rated this experience a 2, but as I re-read my post I changed it to a 1. The only reason I rated this place a 1 is because YP makes you and the guys in the office are nice. They are nice, but they do not tell the truth.
I bought a 2001 BMW X5 4.4 from this place last week. The guy that I dealt with, again, was very nice. I showed up he gave me the key and told me to take a look. When I got in the... view more car I noticed the navigation screen was dead. He said yes it was and agreed to take off the cost of a factory navigation as found on eBay off of the price of the car. ($450) It would have been nice for this to be listed on the as-is description sheet on a webpage or anywhere for that matter so I knew before I got there (35 mile trip one way). I purchased the car and drove it home. After getting home with it I wanted to take my wife out for a spin. We get in the car and begin to drive and quickly get pulled over by one a police officer. The left low beam is out. I explained to the officer that I just bought the car and he gave me a warning. I take the car to an Auto Zone to replace the light. Replaced the light with no success. The lamp control module is dead. $400 part anywhere you look. I asked the sales guy why I wasn`t told about the light not working and he said because they only work during the day.
Before actually purchasing the car I had to run an errand. In the time that I was gone the sales guy told me he would clean out the car so that it was ready when I got back. The car was not cleaned. There was broken piece of glass in the console, cigarette ash on the carpet, and dust everywhere.
Also before I left the lot I realized the remote lock/unlock feature on the key did not work. I asked my sales guy about this not working and he said, "Yeah, all you have to do is replace the battery." Easy enough I thought (never owned a BMW before). Battery is welded to the chip in the key. Must replace the key, $200 from dealer.
30 miles out of the lot I am driving off and the Check Engine light comes on. I called back the next morning to ask about the check engine light and the other things and the sales guy tells me to go a repair place next door. I go next door and the code reading shows 4 different reasons as to why the check engine light is on.
No doubt I got duped here. Be very aware of this place. Test drive these cars as much as you can before you purchase. Really inspect every aspect of these cars. Again, the people are respectful but their cars are not taken care of.
With all of this said, assuming they read these posts. I will remove this if I am contacted and these issues are fixed free of charge. I am very aware of the risks of buying a car "as-is" but every buyer should be made FULLY aware of the quality of the "as-is" purchase.

If I hadint seen it I wouldint have belived it....
I was looking for a used car of Autotrader when I found a 1999 Chrysler Sebring Convertable JXI and it was Green my favret color. I went online to look at reviews for the place and it was 50/50 so I when to check it out after all it looked good in the pics. Once I got there first thing I noticed was that the top was not in great shape but it didnt look to bad but then I looked in the window I saw that the floor board... view more was full of water on top of that I saw dead mosquitos in the car needless to say my friend and I turned around and headed back to our car. The came out as we where leaving and ask if we needed help I said ""nope we are good"".

PLEASE PLEASE THINK TWICE!!!
Last October, I purchased a 2005 Mazda Rx 8 from Stallion and I would have to say it ruined my year! Im from the panhandle of TX (very north TX) so I drove a long distance looking for this type of vehicle. They traded in my Armada for a price below what I expected so I thought that was the low point of the deal. WRONG!
I happily drove my Mazda home and the VERY NEXT DAY I noticed there was a fan still running ... view morewhen I turned off the vehicle. Turns out the radiator coolant res was busted. I immediatly drove it home and waited unitl my mechanic could take a look at it. When I went to start the vehicle, it wouldn`t turn over so I had it towed. Turns out that not only was the reservoir busted but it was sold to me with the WRONG TYPE OF BATTERY which caused my ignition wires to fry and flooded the engine since I was turning over without enough cranking power. I contacted my salesman, JR, who told me (instead of apologizing) that they didn`t have time to check the battery or the mechanics of the car before it was sold. Great excuse.
Now, with the combination of coolant leaking into my engine and having the incorrect type of battery, I now have INTERNAL DAMAGE TO THE ENGINE. Yes, I paid 10,500 on the vehicle and now I`m getting offers for 2500 for it (thats a loss of 8k for me!). I didnt even drive the car for more than 100 in city miles.
As I pursued the issue, they have stopped answering my calls and fax requests for some type of resolution altogether.
The owner and salesman were also very aware that I`m a single mother of 2 who had recently lost her job but I guess they don`t care who they screw over to make their money.
Please be very cautious with the people!!!

LIARS LIARS LIARS
I ordered this car sight unseen off Auto Trader. The tires were to have 50% tread left on them BUT THE STEEL WAS SHOWING ON THEM! Also I have been hounding them for over a month for my plates spare keys and paperwork.... HELLOOOO???? Also when the car showed up it hardly had enough gas to get to the gas station in! I dont do business like that! UGH! Would not recommend! Nice car for the price though... Fun!

Great Customer Service
March 12, 2008
My experience with Stallion Auto was extremely positive. I found the company and its owners to be men of integrity & sincerity. I felt confident after a few conversations in regards to the vehicle I was interested in purchasing, that they were sharing with me to the best of their knowledge what they knew about the vehicle.
My son meant with them, test drove the vehicle, and he was very ... view moreimpressed with how
well they were taking care of his Mom.
Now a year later, Stallion Auto is in the process of finding me a second vehicle. My daughter hopes in the near future they will be able to find a vehicle that will meet her needs.
I live in Kansas, my son lives in Texas. So, when I need a vehicle I rely on my son`s help and the help of Stallion Auto.
Thank you,
Anita
