I bought a 2012 Mustang from 5...

I bought a 2012 Mustang from 5 Star the past weekend. My experience was great, they were not pushy in the least bit, the sales guy was nice and NOT pushy, the manager came out to meet us which never happens these days, and the finance guy was amazing. Buying a car can seem like such a beating sometimes, and they really made us feel comfortable and at home. I would definitly buy another car from them. Ask for David.

They will fix everything but the problem!

I have dealt with car repair companies for many years. I have never found a service center more dishonest than this one. I became the fleet manager of my company a few months ago and began looking over the records of all the times our cars were serviced at Five Star Ford of North Richland Hills. I started to realized that everytime a vehicle would go in for an oil change or a tire rotation things would be included... view more, like a new battery (which wasn`t needed) for $120. Who charges 120 dollars for a battery???? Last month I spent over 10,000 dollars in repairs at there shop and none of the vehicles were repaired properly. Needless to say, I will not be having any more to do with them. I just want to give a warning to anybody looking for a service center to stay away from this one!!!

Good service for my Ford

I did not buy my car from 5 Star but I have used them for all my factory service work. I have had my car into their shop 4 times and have always been satisfied with the profesionalism and promptness of their staff. The work has always been done well and on time.

For service call and aks for Odie, he is a good guy to work with.
