Do NOT buy a car from SUMMER-Internet Sales Rep
Ok, so whatever you do - DON`T buy a car from Summer. I wanted to purchase an SUV from ""Team Suzuki"" LOL and saw some online that I was interested in. I emailed her and she said anything she had to to get me to come to the dealership I did NOT want to come to the dealership, I didn`t want to waste my time. She told me over the phone they could get me a deal around the price I was looking for and pay my current c... view morear completely off. Boy was that a LIE! Once I finally gave in and went to the dealership there was something wrong with the SUV I was looking at, I pointed that out to her and she said ""it passed inspection"", that`s it. Not interested at in the fact that there was something wrong. She then took me inside and because I wasn`t satisfied, she sent someone else out to ""deal"" with me. It was getting late and you could so tell she was just ready to go home. She was packing up her purse and talking on her cell phone in her office while I was waiting at some little uncomfortable table. She then sends out her other rude co-worker SHAD and he was just as rude. The manager TONY finally came out and he was a little bit better. If I had a million dollars they would never get my sale. I wasted my time going out there. The WORST buying experience ever!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!! I only gave it 1 star because you can`t leave it blank.

THE VERY WORST OF ALL THE WORST
This is the worst car purchasing experence in ALL of my life. I drove 21/2 hours to purchase. I went in pre-approved from my credit union. They insisted that I apply for the finacing. My credit union told them what they needed in order for them to pay dealer.Dealer, LIERS, told me I still needed to finace with them. They forged my signature on a document. (Lawer involved) I paid the sales tax for my state to them,... view more they never paid them to louisiana DMV. If you hear the names Jessica, Eric, Tony, run away quickly . Purchased car 1/1/09, as of today 2/14/09 and three trips to the DMV still unable to register car. They refused to let me speak to the ower. ONE STAR IS TO KIND!!!

YIKES!!!
I couldn`t help but laugh when reading the other reviews and thinking on how right they were! With the exception on the one review that clearly was clearly written by a staff at the dealership! As far as the car itself, I have have very few problems considering it was the first year of the model, gas mileage hasn`t been quite what I excepted in the city but for highway runs, it`s exceptional. For the dealership..... view more.I really think BBB needs to be phoned daily...and how many times can management change in one year! They are not honoring their own warranty package but now chargeing you an additional large sum just to change your oil, my suggestion would be to go to one of the retail lube stores and pay the $20 and just for get about how good it sounded when they sold us the premium upgrade on maintance. My liscense plate took two months to get! I had to keep driving back up to the dealership, which I too agree with the "ghetto" term applied to their female staff. Yikes!! You might want to try the Kingwood Suzuki, it`s just as far out of the city as Katy, just in the opposite direction.

BAD
I have been looking for a family vehicle that was affordable and also looking for freindly people that i can communicate with. After being helped by a lady named Jennifer i wanted to run out of there. She gave me one price and said that i was approved and then came back 20 min later and told me that i was not approved! UGH! Failure to Disclose Information
I filled out an online credit application through a damaged credit/credit repair lender. The next day, I received a call stating that I had been approved for 100% financing up to $25,000 - that I just needed to come in and show proof of income, identity & residency. I specifically asked if this was a pre-approval, or an actual approval - and she said that I was approved. The next day, my husband went to the lot and b... view morerought them everything she had requested. After getting asked for his information to add him to the loan (which we didn`t want to do, as I am trying to build some credit up).. they finally told him that the only program that I qualified for was a 3-6 month in-house finance loan. When this was questioned, the salesman went to his manager - and they said that was all they could do. Why would you tell someone that they are approved for 100% financing and waste everyones time if that weren`t the real deal. This seems like a sneaky way to make a lot of interest $ off of an inhouse loan on a less than desired vehicle.
