My experience at this dealer was horrible, and I will never EVER recommend it to anyone. I brought it my almost new Honda Civic for a recall and for a 35,000 mile service. They wrote my car color wrong (from grey to blue) and model wrong as well (they wrote coupe while I have a sedan). I asked them to fix a balance problem on my tires twice, and gave up after the second time. They screwed up with all of my tires, w... view morehose balance had to be fixed by a dealer in Florida. One of the tires was in poor condition, so instead of replacing it with a brand new one (I have a lifetime warranty on tires), they replaced it with a used one. Upon returning to the dealer to pick up the car, it went missing for 10 long minutes. Nobody knew where it was, but, finally, out of the blue, there it arrives with one of the mechanics. Right before he got out of the car, he cordially passed wind and closed the door. It was really nice to drive back home with an unbalanced car and the lingering aroma that he left. Needless to say, Honda did leave me with a bad taste in my mouth. Small, dirty, unorganized and unprofessional.

An Honest Car Salesman -- Unthinkable.

On 1/26/08 I bought a used car from Champion Honda. The price was fantastic --- even better than any Private Sale price. More importantly the salesman, Steve Sanchez, was absolutely the most helpful, polite, supportive, responsive and honest car salesman I`ve dealt with in my 55 years of life.
