Shady Orr Nissan

This dealership had a bad reputation back a few years ago with previous owners. Now owned by Orr, and guess what? They still operate exactly the same way. After negotiating a 2013 Altima for days we came in to take delivery as financing had supposedly been approved. We get there at 8 in the evening to sign contract which we thought would be quick. Well 2.25 hours later they call us into to their finance office. Come ... view moreto find out they didn`t even have an approval although they were still going to have us sign a contract. They said some BS about it being to late to call the bank. That was a flat out lie as they had out credit info the day before and had plenty of time to talk to they`re finance company or companies. The salesman Brandon had assured me we had qualified for 3.9 for 60 months. That was the whole reason we went to the dealership(to finalize deal). They were pitching their extended warranty and gap insurance and they didn`t even have a bank approval!! I can`t believe this place still does business this way. DON`T car shop here! We ended up going to Autonation Nissan in lewisville where it was a hassle free car buying experience. What a waste of time.

I didn`t buy a car here, but was with a friend when he leased his new Armada. The staff was attentive, the facility was top notch. The General Manager, Mr Taylor even came out to thank my friend for his business when the deal was done. Everyone deserves a second chance, and these guys are making an all out effort to be the BEST PLACE to buy a New or Used car anywhere in North Texas. When I`m in the market, I`ll be back there myself - plus when I buy my car, my friend will get a $200.00 referral check right on the spot (which I`ll make him split with me - lol. Seriously though, if you`ve been here before and had a less than perfect experience, give these guys another chance. They seem to really care about their customers and my friend is tickled pink with the service he received at the time of the sale and ever since! I love a business that recognizes their deficiencies and then does everything possible to improve - Orr Nissan of Corinth is top notch in my book, especially James Wang the Sales Manager and Ramone, the General Manager. Dont go to this place, it is the most awful place i`ve ever been to. First, they are a huge rip off in repairing my car. i got my car fixed at another place for a reasonal price and came back for a simple oil change. They came back saying i have a lists of problems.. Do not go because they tell there salesman they can negoiate one amount , get you drive the vehicle & then want to charge you more, I gave them a price range to go buy & they showed me 2 trucks that were supposed to be in my price range & when we went back in side to talk the salesmans manager came over & wanted 9,000.00 more fior the vehicle & I told him what the salesman had said he said I was m... view moreislead buy the salesman I do not think I was mislead I think they made a fool of their salesman, I told the manager that I would not buy a car from the because they could not back up the salesman & since their word was no good their service & service issues would probably be 20 times worse than lieing trying to sell a vehicle, please understand I do not blame the salesman but I do blame the manager, I told the manager if he could not keep his word then I would look some where else, I offered to shake his hand & he would not shake my hand.

do not take 4 service

Appointments are an absolute wast of time, i took my car in and droped it off at 8:00am instead of 8:30 and I had to call them to find out the progress of it at 4pm, hung up on, finnaly said he whould call back after he found out...really!!! that was the cars service manager. Finnaly got a call back, whould not be ready till late or first thing the next morning at 8 am. Asked for a loner as part of their service and ... view moresaid they were all out, told him i had an important meeting 1st thing in the am please call me back when one gets in...oh but the car will be ready at 8am. Got their at 2:30pm and the car is still not ready, they didnt bother washing or vacing it as said in their service, did not bother bolting back a hanging piece of plastic that was right in their face as they were working on the brakes and by the way I`m still waiting on a part. The worst thing is that i gave them another chance, the exact same thing happed with my other nissian a year ago, but since they are under new managment i thought surly not again. New managment obviously does not mean new work ethich at North texas Nissian. Half the time they dont know where what the status of your car is, every time ive gone thiere they have to locate my car !!!!
