Please do yourself a favor and do not use this location. I had a good experience with Caliber in Galveston, so I thought this would be a good place for car repairs after an accident. Boy was I wrong. They did not fix the rear end properly, then said they didn`t know how to fix it. That was it. No trying to outsource it, call another one of their shops for help, nothing, That was after they were paid by the insurance ... view morecompany. I spoke with several of their people on numerous occasions all to no avail. It took 6 months to finally get my vehicle fixed and thank God my insurance company paid (again) for the repairs (elsewhere of course). They were quite friendly, but not competent to do the work unfortunately.
