CONTINUED GREAT SERVICE...

My family has been taking our trucks and cars to Brake Masters for over 10 years with continued honest and reputable service in all aspects of automotive services. I am a 60 year old female, and a devoted Christian. My husband, who works on ( and has actually built cars) has been so impressed with all areas of this Friendswood shop and its owner, Ron Hedman, that he repeatedly refers Brake Masters to his office ass... view moreociates and friends for their automotive brake work and repair needs. More than once, we have heard stories from our friends of Ron Hedman going ""above and beyond"" to assist stranded friends in their varying car ""crisis"" stories. None of our friends have ever called us back to recount bad treatment or a lack of integrity in service, but in fact, continue to refer THEIR personal friends and family. Car repair initiatives are NOT done with a ""crystal ball"" by ANY automotive repair dealership, and many times other items were in need of repair beyond what we initially anticipated. Such is life... and... our trust in Ron Hedman`s professional abiities and integrity keep us going loyally back again and again. I am a college graduate with a business degree from UT / Austin, and KNOW the ""difference"" in reputable and non-reptutable business applications, services and practices. Hedman, an honest man, and his staff have continuously been prompt with our service requests and very courteous to me. His prices have always been fair. I have, at times if needed, been offered a ride home when the anticipated repair required, would mean a lengthy stay at his office. I have never once in the last ten years had a bad experience at Brake Masters on Hwy 2351, Friendswood, TX. If I were to refer my daughters or other members of my family, I would be completely confident that they would be in experienced hands and would be treated with simiple human dignity by this highly skilled and experienced professional team.

Racket with Fitz

My 16 year old daughter saved her money and purchased a car from Fitz, right down the rd from Breakmasters. It`s engine blew within 3 weeks. I call Fitz and when I finally get an answer, they say they will pick up the car and take it to Breakmasters to have it fixed. Fitz never calls us back. The RUDE guy at Breakmasters did though, several weeks later. He demanded payment for storage fees. I told him I had no ... view morecontract and would not pay it. He then proceeded to start yelling at me threatening to have the car crushed. The car is useless, my kid paid all this money only to get hosed by Fitz and then hosed by this ignorant sob at Break Masters. the RUDE guy at breakmasters that harrassed me so frequently had the car towed and then we were harrassed by the tow driver. It`s insane the racket these people have going. STAY AWAY FROM BREAK MASTERS, they do not care about anything other than money.

Bad Attitude

I had a coupon for an oil change at this location, so i dropped my vehicle off. I recieved a phone call about 3 hours later, the guy said my serpetine belt had cracks in it and needed to be replaced. When I asked how much he told me a total of $120.00, the oil change was $19.99 so I said a hundred for changing the belt? He said well thats with tax.
