Things obviously have changed

I saw old reviews of this place and they seemed inconsistent from my experience several years ago. Contrary to others, my experiene was fantanstic. My technician David was thorough and skilled. I would definately recommend you go there. All stars!!!!

Con Artists

Went in with a blow out and for a 80,000 mile tune up. They ended up quoting me over thousand dollars including a serp belt. 2 tires were bad, 2 had about 10 - 15k miles left on them. Changed them all out and bought the brand they reco`d because they promised a 1 tire full rebate. Said i got everything i needed for rebate. Sent in paperwork to pep boys as instructed and got reject letter stating i did not qualif... view morey b/c i did not balance and pay for road side warranty, was never told to me and I did pay the full install pkg and warranty anyways, plus an alignment. Now I have to go back and fight it. They also ripped my brake pad indicator wire on my VW and now need new pads as it`s ripped and they said car checked out, no leaks, only for me to find out I had 2 major leaks and needed more work. I will never go there again other than to fight for my tire rebate they owe me.
