First of all I just want to say that am not the type to complain or write bad reviews but in this case I thought I need to. I bought a truck at Bull Moose after finding it on the internet. I called them and they told me there was nothing wrong with the truck so I made the 150 mile trip. Before I left I made sure to ask if there was anything wrong with the truck because I didn?ˆ™t want any surprises. They told me other ... view morethan a few light scratches it needed nothing. I get there and find out it needs tires and a radio knob was missing. They said they already ordered a Knob and it will be there in a couple days so I agreed to buy the truck even though I was misled on the tires. The next few days I washed the truck and got on top to find out it has hail damage on the roof! I called to talk to the guy that sold it and found out he no longer works there. Most people would raise hell over the hail damage but I know I should?ˆ™ve looked on top before purchasing the truck. I trusted their word that there was nothing wrong with it. A couple weeks pass by and I call them to find out where the radio knob is and they tell me they just ordered it! They will send it to me. I called a couple weeks later and was told they can?ˆ™t get the knob so they will buy me a new stereo. My truck has a Bose sound system in it so I want the same radio that came with it but they wanted to buy some piece of junk $90 stereo. I told them I don?ˆ™t care if it was a used stereo they get and they told me we will get you a stereo by the end of the week. Anyway, it has now been about four months and they don?ˆ™t return my calls. I am usually an easy going person but they have lied to me time after time and I don?ˆ™t know how they are still in business.
