After being told my car was safe to drive, was stranded in the desert for 5hrs and lied to regarding the tow truck. What could have been a $200 repair ended up being $700, plus a $400 tow. Gave their General Manager, Jonathan Poe, the opportunity to make the situation right. He chose poorly. Complaints filed with both Texas Attorney General and BBB.
