THANK YOU FOR YOUR INCREDIBLE SERVICE!!

What a day! My car broke down, I was running late, and it was miserably hot outside!
I called Aus Tex (referred by a friend... Thank You Vicki). Expecting the worst... I actually spoke to the nicest lady on the other end of the line. She had a driver to me within 15 minutes, who was CLEAN and NICE (and not typical of what I thought I would a wrecker driver would be). He allowed me to sit in his a/c while he lo... view moreaded my car... and he dropped me off at work on the way to taking the car into the shop!
I highly recommend Aus Tex... great people great service.. and much more than I ever expected!

INCOMPOTENT, DISHONEST, CHEATS & LIARS!

DISHONEST, CHEATS & LIARS! I drive an all wheel Audi, so paid extra to request for a flatbed. Upon unload, the driver (Dwayne Durfey) dropped my vehicle on it`s front-end. After being asked to bring in the vehicle the next business day, Rodney Hall proceeded to LIE claiming they weren`t responsible for the damage. DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!

Great Service & Honest Shop!!!

Had an accident and Austex Towing picked up my car..........The wrecker Driver was very helpful when pickup up my car. He towed my vehicle to Austex Body And Frame on 1408 three points in Pflugerville Texas where they also have a body shop. The staff was very helpful and they repaired my car within the days they promised. My car looked just like it did when it was new and i am very happy with the hassle free exper... view moreience.
