Too Long to Repair

I left my car to have a bumper replaced and dents removed and when I went to pick up the car a week later I spied a huge bubble on the trunk where a dent was removed from hail damage. I was surprised and disappointed that I was the only person to see the bubble - where was the quality control? I then had to leave my car another week without any consideration for the inconvenience I was put through. The repair pers... view moreon could only tell me it was the best he could do. Two weeks to replace a bumper and to remove dents in an off season is quite unacceptable.
