I took my car in for a state inspection during my lunch hour and was out in 15 minutes. Didn`t catch the ladies name at the front desk, but she was extremely helpful and friendly.

Top Notch!

After taking my car to the Ford dealership 4 times for a single issue and spending over $600.00 on not getting the problem fixed (and they told me they probably couldn`t fix it), my roommate suggested Gordon Permann`s, where he takes his car. Within 2 hours, the problem was fixed and the bill was exceptionally reasonable. The staff is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable.You`re made to feel like family, not lik... view moree another customer. They have my business from now on.

Honest and wonderful
