Horrible customer service

Don`t even step foot in this dealership. I took my truck in for to get fixed with two warranties and was told nothing was covered and given a $2000 quote. I ended up paying $500 something dollars so they could open the hood and for a rental (which the warranty should cover) I was told by the owner that he couldnt help me. so i then took my truck to Autonation and guess what EVERYTHING was covered and I didn`t have to... view more pay a penny!! When I tried to get reimbursed by Alice Chevy the "co owner" was in my face saying he was ex military and threatening to call the cops. I had to ask him to step away from me 3 times because he was too close to my face and making me very uncomfortable. I was finally reimbursed $109 for them looking at it but not the $415 for the rental car. I`ve filed complaints with BBB and the district GM. They are currently investigating and trying to get my money back. Don`t waste your time unless you feel like being ripped off!

Go somewhere else. The sales manager sat me down at the table and tried to convince me he was doing me a favor and reducing the car price $2000 below market value. The sales price he quoted me on his worksheet was $500 dollars above the price they had advertised on the internet. My salesman "Albert" would never return my calls after telling me he would call me back. I finally told them I am taking my bu... view moresiness elsewhere. They seem as if they could care less if they sell a car, or they are just into playing games, either way I`ll never buy a car from them in the future..
