My wife bought me a gift certificate 1 year ago that I never used and it expired but Exclusive Detailing still honored it and did a wonderful job.

We received a gift certificate for the $165 Platinum Service in May 2011 - no expiration date. We recently made 3 different appointments with Edwin Price to detail our car and he blew us off 3 times. I would have to say don`t bother. We have notified the purchaser, and I certainly hope she can get a refund. Somehow, I doubt it!
