Vo`s has always been extremely...

Vo`s has always been extremely helpful and just all around wonderful. I go there for all my car care needs. Im not sure why the previous reviewer had such trouble. Also very seldom do auto repairers use "brand new" parts they are normally refurbished or remachined parts. He will normally tell you this. Even the parts at auto zone are not new. That is why there are warranties.

Do Not Use Them

Purchased a brand new `fuel pump` , cost me $500 in April `08 from Vo`s. Car stopped running on a Sunday afternoon in August `08, took it to the nearest automotive repair shop thinking the problem was the starter. They said it was the fuel pump, which cost me $100 for the diagnostic. I figured Vo`s would refund me for the diagnostic since we found out it was their `FAULTY` fuel pump they installed that caused the... view more problem. Vo`s sent a tow truck to pick up my car . Although Vo`s said fuel pump was under warranty, however they WOULD NOT cover the cost of the diagnostic at the other repair shop. I was told "It was my choice to take it there. " However I explained I had it towed to the nearest repair shop which was in Arlington, approximately 1 mile from where it stopped.........the towing company tows up to 3 miles free, $10 for every mile over that. Vo`s is 10 miles from the other repair shop. They said they would have covered the towing if I had it towed to them. They weren`t even willing to split or pay anything in the diagnostic!!!!!!!!!! So, tell me what`s the difference.....$100 diagnostic vs. $100 for towing? Even the repair shop gave me a 10% discount off the diagnostic and they didn`t even do the work.
