Find another repair shop! This shop has mediocre repairs, horrible customer service and failed to honor their own warranty which they said was &quot;good anywhere&quot;. My transmission failed only 10 weeks after they performed a complete rebuild. I am in a different state 1,100 miles away. They will only honor their warranty if I bring the truck back to them. Mediocre repairs, horrible customer service, no warranty

When I originally called to have my truck`s transmission repaired i was informed that the full overhaul would include a 3 yr/36,000 mile warranty that was good nationwide. Now, 10 weeks after the transmission was rebuilt it failed again. I am in a different state and wish to have my transmission repaired by a local shop. The original repair shop refuses to cover any repairs from any other shop. They insist that I ret... view moreurn the truck to them for repairs. Being 1100 miles away, this is not feasible.
