I had a great experience with Allied, I was really shook up after my accident and Johnny didn`t push my husband or I to let them do the repairs. My husband wanted to take a look around because we had not heard or them or used them before...Johnny let my husband see the shops and a quick tour of the grounds (my husband is an ex-mechanic and very picky). The next day we decided to let them work on my car and they did a great job. The repairs were done in a timely manner and I was able to contact Johnny the owner at any time with any questions I or my husband had. They did a great job of handling my insurance company and the adjuster. Once my car was ready I picked it up and Johnny once again was great and very nice. He has a great team working for him and I would recommend them to any of my family or friends.

THESE PEOPLE ARE HORRIBLE! Do not allow the towing company to bring your car here after being towed! If you have already signed the 3 pieces of paper they throw in front of you, GET YOUR CAR OUT OF THERE NOW! The good reviews on here have to be from the company! Don`t believe me? Johnny and Muhammad were great to do business with. Both were very helpful after my son had an accident. They provided and rental car and they worked with me and my son to get his vehicle repaired. They ensured the car was repaired properly and even performed troubleshooting and changed an AC relay and some tailight bulbs at their cost that had nothing to do with the vehicle repair. These people took advantage of my daughter and made us pay $1000+ to release our vehicle and have another tow truck come pick it up! If you see their truck coming to get get you, DO NOT allow them to take you to their shop!

DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING! DO NOT ALLOW THE TOWING COMPANY TO TAKE YOU HERE! They are FRAUDS! They are SCUM! After my accident, the Houston Police Department called this &quot;AUTHORIZED&quot; towing company and they took me to this collision center. He took me inside and asked me to call my insurance as well as sign all this papework! They know you are disoriented and confused after an accident and they take ... view moreadvantage of you! They tell you that the towing is free to that place and they offer storage so it`s no extra charges for my car being there. I made the mistake of signing all of their paperwork (never did I get a copy of anything except for the sheet of paper that says my car was towed) and they tried to force me to get my car fixed here. I live an hour or so away so overnight I realized I wanted my car closer to home and I called my dealership to pick it up. I was also wary because this place doesn`t look very nice and I wanted it at a place that knew what they were doing. They told me that these people are one of the WORST companies and that overnight, my bill was probably already over $800. They were being pricks to my dealership`s towing company and they made me drive up there to release the vehicle. The towing company for the dealership (who gets reimbursed by my insurance) had to pay $768 to get my car out of there. What happened to everything being free? They charged me $70 for storage for two days, $245.45 as Pay Out, $84.00 for disassembly fee! YES YOU READ THAT RIGHT (BEFORE MY INSURANCE HAS EVEN LOOKED AT IT!), admin fee $325. Yes it costs $325 to put my name on a folder! When I had first called telling them that I would be transferring my vehicle elsewhere they were like &quot;Why, we can fix it&quot;. I told them it was my father`s car and he wanted to deal with it himself. They said &quot;Why? he won`t be able to fix it.&quot; HOW THE HELL DO THEY KNOW THAT AND WHAT THE HELL DOES IT MATTER? IT IS MY CAR! They seriously kept my vehicle hostage. These people need to get closed down! I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE RATING! THEY ARE SCAMMERS! I WILL BE CONTACTING THE CITY OF HOUSTON AND THE MAYOR`S OFFICE! EVERYONE NEEDS TO DO THE SAME AND GET THIS PLACE CLOSED DOWN!
