Worse place to ever take your car. The owner has no moral standards. He will lie, cheat, steal, deceive, and at times even ruin your car and blame it on you. He sales engine oil as Valvoline conventional when in fact it`s just generic oil. The owner has no mechanic experience or knowledge for that matter. A customer once asked for synthetic blend oil change and the shop didn`t have any, but that didn`t stop the owne... view morer from recommending him 3 quarts of generic oil and 2 quarts synthetic that was on the shelf and that would be synthetic blend. Azmi Alwan (owner) buys windshield washer fluid and has the employees dilute it with water to stretch it out, giving the customer less than what he/she paid for. That`s on a good day. Most of the time, it`s just water that the staff put in the vehicles on their full service oil changes. I`ve seen employees put brake fluid on the power steering fluid reservoir as well as mix and match coolant (Dex-cool with regular) and transmission fluids (Dexron III with Dexron V). None of the employees there are ASE certified, yet he has a sticker on the front of the shop stating that they are. The one ASE certificate that he has hanging on the wall is expired and it belongs to some Arabic friend of his who gave it to him for credibility. Carla Champion doesn`t know this (the very first reviewer of the company), but the owner was taking parts out of her mothers car (Mercury Grand Marquis) while she trusted him with the safe keeping of her car while a decision was going to be made regarding the vehicle future (engine was blown) to fix his own car that he obtained through auctions at his other business. He also cheated her sister who used to drive a Ford Focus (Blue). One day it spit out a spark plug and he told them to leave it in the shop to fix it. The owners mother was hurting for cash at the time because she had spent so much money on other repairs to other vehicle (Mercury). To make a long story short, he promised to re thread the spark plug tube and place the spark plug back for a good price. All he did was wait for the cars engine to cool and the metal to retract in order to place the spark plug back and charged the mother as if he had done the re threading work. He had employees take out the fuel pump to put it on one of his vehicles. He would sale cars knowing that they wouldn`t last to people with no other means and just take their money while the car failed them a month later. There`s no hygiene standards in the business as well. The front and back office are infected with rodent`s. There would be dropping all over the coffee machine and left over doughnut or cookies for customer. Knowing all this, he would still make coffee and serve to customers. There is no name for the guy, but he is beyond the scum of the earth. Take my review as you wish, but don`t make the mistake of taking your care their. I assure you that theirs a lot more awful event`s that have accord.

wow! I had been to several aut...

wow! I had been to several auto shops. Everytime I went, the mechanics would fix my car and then tell me a list of about 30 other things my car needed. They wouldnt just tell me my car needed it, but that it would explode if I didnt get it. I considered auto mechanics salespeople..just in for your money. By luck, my mom`s car broke down right next to this shop..since then, I havent gone anywhere else! Talk about exc... view moreellent customer service and good prices! The owner, Azmi, will work on you one on one to figure out what exactly is wrong with your car. He wont try to trick you into thinking that you need to spend thousands of dollars on your car or else it will explode. What a relief it was to find Unity Auto Repair! Not only is the owner awesome but all of the employees are like a big family as well. I always feel welcomed there and am never worried about getting ripped off. They are honest people who want quality customers they can take care of for years to come.
