Well they say they`re known for their fast shipping for me this was not the case. I ordered an adaptor on may 10 on may 22 I emailed them. No reply by the next day so I called I gave my order info then was told my item will be shipped tomorrow (may 24)when I asked about why there was a hold up the answer I got was sorry I just answer the phones. On may 24 I get a email saying my item was shipped but no tracking # so ... view morenow I don`t know when it will get here. So I still waiting on a usb adaptor 14 days after I ordered not including the time it gets here since it falls on Memorial Day weekend. It just ticks me they had no problem billing me the day of order plus $9.90 for shipping to get it almost a month later. I also emailed them on the 23 to the owner and never got a reply back.

"Listen here please. I am almost sure that the positive reviews about this joke of a store are the employees or friends because this place doesn`t do ANYTHING correctly. I ordered a harness a couple months ago which was supposed to be "in stock". 3 days go by and still no shipping info, no update, no communication at all, but the money surely was taken from my account quickly. I finally called and was told the item was not in stock and they had to order it. 4 days later and they did not even order it and never told me anything. I had to cancel my instal because these morons have no idea how to run the mail order part of their awful business. Fast forward to March. I tried to order a harness from another mail order harness store, but they were out of stock. I decided to give this pathetic business another chance, but this time I called to see if it was in stock. Some moron assured me it was. I placed the order, they took my money, and again 3 days later and no shipping info. I sent them another email, again NO RESPONSE. I called them the next day and they said it was not in stock!!! REALLY! Again, I had to cancel my second cars instal because of these dopes. I found out from a tech at Parrot that I should stay away from this awful store and order from quickconnectharness.com. It was ten bucks more, but it shipped the same day and arrived a few days later. I called installer to cancel my order and the hick girl that answered the phone said she had my order in her hand and would cancel it and refund my money right away. 10 days go by and still no refund, no email, nothing. The dopes did not even update my order on their ugly looking webpage so it still said processing. I called again, spoke to dumb, who passed me on to dumber, who passed me on to dumbest, who finally said he would issue the refund. 5 days later I finally received it. I should have listened to all the negative reviews and I should have done my homework and ordered from a reputable good business like quickconnectharness.com. Get me once, on you, get me twice, on me. Well, it is on me for trying these dopes 2 time

Very Informative and Very Helpful

I purchased a GM12-AUX from them to add an AUX port to my 2004 Impala. I am by no means a sound/stereo specialist, so I called the number listed on their site and was helped by a gentleman named Dwayne. To make a long story short, the plan was flawless

I called Dwayne a few weeks ago regarding a 97 Expedition with a Video system wanting to add a Parrot CK3100 and a Lowrance iWAY 500c GPS. He was gracious enough to spend about 30 minutes formulating a plan involving an x3 auxiliary input device which I ended up purchasing from you guys. The crux of the problem was that the Mach audio system doe s not like the Parrot connections and there is no wiring harness yet ava... view moreilable to even try. To make a long story short, the plan was flawless with the Parrot on the x1 channel, the GPS on x2 and I will soon be moving the video system off the FM xmitter to the x3 Channel. Thanks!!!

Kit was as advertised didn`t have to do do any adaptions and every thing lined up as it should, making the installation easy.
