These guys are rude!!!

I called these guys to ask for a price quote, and someone by the name of Robert answered and abruptly placed me on hold before I could finish my question. Then after being on hold for more than 5 minutes, I finally decided to hang up. Then about 10 minutes later thought, well I`ll give them the benefit of the doubt and call them again because they were probably just really busy. Well the second time I called, Robert,... view more answered again. And when I asked him for a price quote, he very rudely answered "WERE ALREADY CLOSED MAM" and just shut the phone on me while I was still talking to him asking when the next hours of operation were. I felt so low. I decided to call back 2 minutes later and yup, Robert answered again and when I told him how rude he was being and to let me talk to the manager he told me "HE WAS THE MANAGER" THEN STARTED RAISING HIS VOICE AT ME AS THOUGH IF I DID`NT LIKE IT, TOUGH! If the company is closed, why do they still answer the phones and then be rude about it as though were taking up their time? I would rather them just not answer at all. His excuse was the only reason he answered was because he was waiting on a personal phone call....EXCUSE ME.....don`t use the company phone for that, use your cell phone!!!!! If these guys treat their customers bad because they`re having a bad day, I`d hate to see how they work on their cars on a bad day. I will definitely not do business with them or recommend them to friends or strangers for that matter. If you`re going to spend alot of money on your car, make sure its with someone who appreciates the business, not some rude manager. Nice way or representing your company!!!!

Rebuild 351 Cleveland

Used BI-Rite to perform a rebuild on a 1970 Ford Mustang 351C. Start to finish was just over two weeks for a long block. Workmanship and customer service was excellent. Highly recommend.
