Great service
I took my 2001 3-series to them to fix multiple issues in Aug 2009. They gave me a quote over the phone that was about half the price I got from the dealership and was an accurate reflection of my final bill. They did a great job -- the engine problem has not repeated and it has been a couple weeks now. They did it all the same day. They do not have loaner cars but were able to pick me up at work when my car was ... view morefixed and bring me to the shop to pick it up, which was much appreciated. I used the Citysearch coupon for 10% off and plan to take my car to Edward there any time I need something else done.

Great and honest shop
I moved to texas and i found this shop online and i`ve being going there since then. Eduard the owner is really honest and always fix the problems the first time and way cheaper than the dealer but with better quaility of customer service and labor. I will recommend this place to anybody that owns a BMW with any hesitation. Thank you guys!!!!

BIMMERS AUTO CARE IS HORRIBLE
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO BIMMERS/PRIORE I took my 1997 BMW 318i, in for an intermittent over heating issue, Eduard the owner, rather quickly diagnosed the problem as a hose, he went to fix it only to call me later with a total of $1022 worth of problems, the intital hose, a thermostate and a cooling fan. I cringed and said fix it. Who`s ever heard of if your thermostat over heats you must replace it? That`s what he... view more led me to believe. To make a long story short, I took my car in 4 times, for the same problem. The second time the fan had come "unplugged" the third time a little plastic piece ($40) was cracked and he assured me that was the reason it was causing the car to intermittenly over heat, I thought that was odd and questioned again to make sure, even the mechanic later told me that he had told eduard that was not the problem, eduard never said a word to me about it, knowing that I would have to bring my car in again to be fixed. The 4th time I was furious, I brought the car in, Eduard was on vacation, the mechanic, took a look at the car, I specifically said I`m not paying for anything, he rediagnosed the car, and specifically said eduard was in a hurry and misdiagnosed your car and that the 1000+ dollars that I had paid was unneccessary and worthless for the actual problem. The actual problem, which eduard the incompetent so called mechanic failed to correctly diagnose the first time, is an electrical power source part that will cost me over $1200, that connects the fan among other things, I doubt my original fan was broke in the first place, but he told me it was. I waited a week for eduard to come back into town, he claimed he got the 1200$ part to work again by cleaning it. I believe he did this knowing that he was at fault and didn`t want to give me my refund back, it was his way of justifying the 1000+ dollar charges, he then tried to charge me for the new diagnostic charge, I said and grabbed my keys, that I am not paying for that because I paid a diagnostic charge the first time for you to correctly diagnose the car. 4 times I took my car, 4 TIMES, after the 2nd time or by at most the 3rd time of returning with the same issue, someone should have recognized that the initial diagnostic was incorrect and owned up to it. As with the previous entry from txkristensmith, I believe that the were taking advantage of a young woman on her own. Something is still not right with my car, they have only done another temporary fix, now I have to get another car. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO BIMMERS/PRIORE Eduard the Owner is incompetent and untrained.
