I entered into the service are...

I entered into the service area wanting to get a quote on two new tires for my truck. I had seen a special advertised on television for Ford and thought I would see if they could give me a better deal than the other two places in town. Instead of being friendly, the old man that asked if i needed help was very short with me and acted as if i were an idiot. Essentially said "No, we don`t do tires here" wi... view morethout further explaining perhaps why they don`t, or that the deal doesn`t apply to them due to some reason or another. This is not the first time i`ve been treated with disrespect there. As a woman, I felt extremely unwelcome. I need some work done on my truck, but i don`t believe i will ever take my vehicle there again. Instead, i`ll go to Neese`s down the street. They`ve bent over backwards to help me each time.

Good work but rude staff

The work they did on my car was great but, from the moment I walked in the shop door I felt I was treated rudely. The old manager guy was very, very rude every time he talked to me and I really felt like he was hostile because I was a woman. Every time I asked a question I was given a short rude answer by him.....not to mention the unlit cigarette he had hanging out of his mouth the whole time.
