Weird Installer

Windows we had installed were OK. It was the installer Rick, that was the problem. He had an attitude, he was a know it all, and we felt he was unprofessional with his strange behavior. We couldn`t wait until he was gone, he was that creepy! We didn`t feel safe in our own home with this guy. It was THAT BAD!! We would never recommend Sierra Glass. Especially if you see Rick!

A Company With Integrity

We went to Sierra glass to get a piece of glass for the top of a showcase. When we gave them the measurements and requirements, they seemed confused with what we wanted but when we left we thought it had all been squared away. A week later they call us to pick up our glass, and it`s the wrong length. They had written it down wrong, and somehow we hadn`t noticed. Since we had already paid for it, we weren`t sure ... view moreif they would fix it for us. When we called them about it they told us to bring it in and they would cut us a new piece. We did that, and the next day they had our glass ready, no extra charge for the additional length. I would recommend them. Just be sure you go over the measurements CLEARLY, and measure the glass BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE.
